Common questions from parents about our transport service

How can I enrol my child for the bus service?

You can apply for bus service during the admissions process or by visiting the school office. Please bring your address proof and a recent photograph of your child.

Is the transport service available for all classes?

Yes, transport is available for students from Grades 1 through 12. Younger children are assigned a seat near the front and accompanied by a trained attendant at all times.

What happens if my child misses the bus?

Parents are notified immediately if a child does not board at their scheduled stop. Please contact the transport office on the helpline number provided in your welcome kit.

How do I track the bus in real time?

Download the Sunrise Academy Parent App from the App Store or Google Play. Log in with your registered mobile number to see live bus tracking and receive push notifications.

What are the transport fees?

Transport fees vary by route and distance. Please contact the school office or visit our admissions page for the latest fee schedule. Fees are billed termly.
